Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, by Royal Mail. You can have your order sent to yourself or directly to the person you're sending it to.
Cards
Delivery is free on every card, for every customer.
Prints
Postage for prints depends on the size. Choose the service you want in your basket:

A3 prints are too large for a letter, so they're sent as a small parcel and First Class isn't available for that size. If you order two or more prints in the same size to one address, delivery is free. If a basket has more than one size, postage is based on the largest.

Returns
Returns are only available on non-personalised products. Personalised cards and prints are made to order especially for you, so they can't be returned.
Refunds
If an error has been made on your card by us, we will refund you and send a replacement free of charge.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
