Frequently asked questions

What are the cards from Santa?

They're Christmas cards written as if they're from Father Christmas, personalised with the child's name. They're a simple way to make Christmas morning feel a bit more special.

Can I write my own message inside?

Yes. You can type your own message into the card in our online editor and see it before you order. If you'd rather handwrite it, tick "Leave Message Blank" and the inside is left empty for you.

Can you post the card straight to family and friends?

Yes. At checkout you can have the card sent to yourself or directly to the person you're sending it to, so you don't have to re-post it.

How do I make sure my card arrives before Christmas?

Order as early as you can - Christmas is a busy time for the post. Royal Mail publishes its last recommended posting dates each year, so check those if you're close to the deadline.

How much do personalised Christmas cards cost, and is delivery free?

Every card is £3.99 with free UK delivery. Cockney Cards Club members get 25% off all cards - see how the Club works.
